What the Job Involves
Your role as an Application Support Officer will involve the support, maintenance, and development of Worcestershire County Council's digital applications, particularly in Social Care. You will work to ensure these applications meet end-user requirements, driving projects and strategic direction through expert technical knowledge. Your tasks will include collaborating with Service Managers to develop digital solutions, maintaining application documentation, and applying industry best practices such as ITIL and agile methodologies.
