What the Job Involves
This role involves assisting people in resolving major difficulties and enhances their independence. You'll conduct assessments, devise family plans, and implement person-centered interventions in line with legislation and council policies. You will handle complex and high-risk cases, participate in decision-making forums, and work collaboratively with colleagues across sectors to deliver appropriate services. Regular supervision and support will be provided to foster your professional development.
