This role involves providing high-quality casework and services to vulnerable children and families. As a Social Worker, you will safeguard children and enhance their health, education, social, and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include undertaking needs assessments, developing care plans, ensuring compliance with statutory duties and local policies, engaging with supervision and appraisal processes, and maintaining accurate case records with critical reflections and analyses. You will also participate in team meetings, conferences, court work, and partnership collaborations to support service delivery and user participation.
