Who You Are

We are looking for Family Support Workers to join our Interventions Hub and Support for Families Team. You should have experience working with children, young people, and their families, and be committed to enhancing parenting capacity and improving the life chances of children and young people.

What the Job Involves

The Interventions Hub is vital in ensuring families receive timely and appropriate help. Your role involves delivering services that enable parents with children identified as in need, to enhance and promote their child's health and development. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility and organization required for the role. A full valid driving licence and sole use of a vehicle are necessary for the position.
