CSC - Senior Social Worker/Senior Practitioner (Referral & Assessment)

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional with a deep understanding of working in referral and assessment services. You are committed to being physically present in the office at least three days a week. Your expertise is well-suited to work within the Referral and Assessment Teams that handle new referrals and Child and Family assessments.

What the Job Involves

This role is part of the Referral and Assessment Service within Bromley. You will be responsible for receiving new referrals and conducting assessments to determine the best way to meet children’s needs. The position includes being part of one of seven teams, each with a team manager and five social workers. Every seven weeks, your team will be on duty for one week, during which you will receive new case allocations. The pay rate for this role is £29.79 per hour.
