What the Job Involves

As a Senior Social Worker in Adult Services, you provide direct social work support in alignment with statutory guidelines and policies. You are responsible for safeguarding assessments, preparing reports, and chairing meetings. Your role also involves maintaining professional standards, continuing professional development, contributing to service development, and supporting less experienced colleagues.
